Spring 2025
The CYS Tennis Program is offered for kids ages 4-12. The goal is to promote the interest and growth through exceptional tennis instruction in a positive and fun environment, as well as foster etiquette, sportsmanship, integrity, love, and respect for the game.
Tennis 1 is designed for youth pre-K to first grade (ages 4-7). Through game play and exercises, students will learn fundamental ball skills, movement and coordination.
Tennis 2 is designed for second grade to sixth grade (ages 7-12). This program covers the basic fundamentals and strategy of tennis. Using progression balls, smaller courts, and game-based rally ball, players will learn to play cooperatively and competitively with friends.

Instructors are provided by Todd Dissley Athletics in conjunction with the Los Gatos Tennis Academy.
Eligibility
Boys and Girls - 4 years old and up
SKILL LEVELS
Tennis 1 (Beginners) - Kindergarten and 1st Grade : Sundays, Time TBD
Price : $185.00
Tennis 2 (Advanced)- 2nd grade and up : Sundays, Time TBD
Price: $275.00
Season
The season runs from March 2 to April 27, 2025 with possible rain make-up sessions on May 5 and May 18. There will no session on April 20.
LOCATION
All sessions are held at Blossom Hill Park Tennis Courts, 16300 Blossom Hill Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95032
EQUIPMENT
All participants will have their own racket and ball. If your child does not have a racket, one will be lent to you for the duration of the session. Rackets can be purchased at Target for around $20.00 if your child prefers their own. Tennis balls will be provides (they are special tennis balls for kids).
Please make sure your child brings a water bottle.
Sunscreen and a cap are recommended as it gets quite bright.
